Sažetci

Upute za pisanje sažetaka

  • sažetke je potrebno poslati i na hrvatskom i na engleskom jeziku (inozemni sudionici šalju sažetak samo na engleskom jeziku)
  • imena i prezimena autora i koautora, afilijacija i naslov nisu uključeni u opseg sažetka niti rada
  • ime autora koji će izlagati rad pisati velikim slovima
  • ime i prezime autora i koautora pisati bez titula
  • navesti službeni naziv i adresu institucije autora i koautora na engleskom jeziku
  • numerički povezati autora i instituciju
  • navesti e-mail adresu prvog autora
  • sažetci neće biti lektorirani. Za jezičnu i sadržajnu ispravnost odgovara autor
  • sažeta sadrži maksimalno 350 riječi na hrvatskom i 400 riječi na engleskom jeziku. Na kraju sažetka izdvojite ključne riječi (max 3) koje su značajne za rad
  • forma sažetka:
    1. uvod
    2. metode, rezultati / prikaz slučaja
    3. zaključak

Rok za slanje sažetaka najkasnije do 20.01.2026.

Molimo, pridržavajte se zadanih rokova za prijavu, jer svi sažetci moraju biti recenzirani i odobreni. Svi odobreni sažetci predavanja bit će objavljeni u Knjizi sažetaka u elektronskom obliku

Sažetci predavanja

  • Sažetci predavanja ne trebaju zadovoljavati određenu formu, već pratiti formu predavanja.
  • Sažetak predavanja nije obavezno prijaviti. Ukoliko sažetak predavanja nije prijavljen, ne može se naknadno priznati kao priopćenje na stručnom ili znanstvenom skupu.
    1. Sažetak plenarnog predavanja – najviše 1200 riječi
    2. Sažetak kratkog predavanja – najviše 300 riječi

Upute za izradu postera:

  • Postere molimo izraditi na hrvatskom ili engleskom jeziku
  • Pri vrhu postera treba navesti naslov, imena autora i koautora, mentora ili mentore, afilijaciju, specijalističko usmjerenje i adresu za dopisivanje
  • Dimenzije postera moraju biti 1920×1080 piksela (pejzažni format)
  • Molimo da ne koristite fontove veličine manje od 10pt, a molim o da koristiite fontove: Arial, Courier New, Georgia, Helvetica, Times, Times New Roman)
  • Veličina datoteke mora biti manja od 20 MB
  • Poster mora sadržavati SAMO JEDAN dijapozitiv na kojem je prikazan cijeli sadržaj postera
  • Dozvoljen je samo jedan poster po sažetku
  • Poster treba slijediti strukturu rada
  • Fotografije trebaju biti jasne i oštre, a slike numerirane
  • Postere u navedenom obliku treba poslati najkasnije do 20.01.2026.

Sažetci postera:

  • Sažetak postera – prikaz slučaja: najviše 300 riječi, forma: uvod, prikaz slučaja, zaključak, ključne riječi (najviše 3)
  • Sažetak postera – originalni rad: najviše 300 riječi, forma: uvod, metode, rezultati, zaključak, ključne riječi (najviše 3)

* Svaki poster mora biti poslan od iste osobe koja je predala/prijavila sažetak.

Poster spremiti pod nazivom: Ime i prezime, email adresa

Abstracts

Guidelines for Writing Abstracts

  • abstract must be sent in both Croatian and English (foreign participants send abstract only in English)
  • names and surnames of authors and co-authors, affiliation and title are not included in the scope of the abstract or paper
  • write the name of the author who will present the work in capital letters
  • state the official name and address of the institution of the author and co-author in English
  • numerically connect the author and the institution
  • specify the e-mail address of the first author
  • abstracts will not be proofread. The author is responsible for linguistic and content correctness
  • contains a maximum of 350 words in Croatian and 400 words in English. At the end of the summary, highlight key words (max 3) that are significant for the work
  • abstract form:
    1. introduction
    2. methods, results / case presentation
    3. conclusion

Deadline for sending absracts no later than January 20, 2026.

Please adhere to the given application deadlines, as all abstracts must be reviewed and approved. All approved lecture abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts in electronic form

ABSTRACTS OF LECTURES

  • Lecture abstracts do not have to follow a specific form, but must follow the form of the lecture.
    1. 1) Abstract of the plenary lecture - maximum 1200 words
    2. 2) Astract of the short lecture - maximum 300 words

Instructions for poster:

  • Please create posters in Croatian or English (foreign participants send only in English)
  • at the top of the poster, the title, names of authors and co-authors, mentor or mentors, affiliation, specialist focus and correspondence address should be stated.
  • poster dimensions must be 1920×1080 pixels (landscape format)
  • please do not use fonts smaller than 10pt, and please use the following fonts: Arial, Courier New, Georgia, Helvetica, Times, Times New Roman
  • file size must be less than 20 MB
  • the poster must contain ONLY ONE slide on which the entire content of the poster is shown
  • only one poster per abstract is allowed
  • the poster should follow the structure of the paper
  • the photos should be clear and sharp, and the images should be numbered

ABSTRACTS OF POSTERS:

  • poster abstract - case study: maximum 300 words, format: introduction, case report, conclusion, key words (maximum 3)
  • Abstract of the poster - original work: maximum 300 words, format: introduction, methods, results, conclusion, key words (maximum 3)

* Each poster must be sent by the same person who submitted/registered the abstract.

Save the poster under the title: Name and surname, email address

Pease send poster to roberta@travel-tilago.hr together with all the information, no later than February 26, 2025.
